Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to receive return instructions.

Made-to-order and custom commercial equipment, and used appliances, unless defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Damaged items
Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
